Thriving at Work Team Away Day SessionsInteractive and engaging team sessions that help organisations strengthen psychological safety, belonging, communication and workplace culture. Through practical activities, reflection and discussion, teams develop the confidence and tools to create healthier, more connected workplaces where people can do their best work.
Who is it for?
Dr Jamie has delivered over 400 workshops to over 80 NHS, social care, education, public, private, and third-sector organisations in the UK. This includes NHS staff in primary care, community care, acute care (including CAMHS & mental health services), schools, colleges, universities, and other private/ public sector organisations who work with LGBTQ+/ gender diverse individuals, who would like their staff to be inclusive by changing hearts and minds. Jamie delivers face-to-face and virtual training workshops and offers virtual talks across the UK.
